Email service that we provide at MassarCloud let you use your email on your smartphone like Andriod or iPhone or even on your laptop or your computer, but before using you Email you must know the configuration that you muse use.

To know your Email configuration please do the following:

Log in into your webmail account , if you don't know how to use web main please read the following article How to use webmail

When you logged in into your webmail interface click on the top menu bar that contains your email account and then choose  "Configure Mail Client" as shown on the following picture:

When you click on "Configure Mail Client" the configurations will be shown and you can use that configuration to use your email from any device that use IMAP  or POP3 protocols. the configuration screen will look like this:

As you will see we provide 2 type of connection , SSL Secure connection which we recommend to use and the other one is NON-SSL which we don't recommend you to use but some old programs may not support the secure connection then you can use non-ssl configurations.

We advice you to choose IMAP , but sure you can use POP3 but be careful to copy the correct configurations for each protocol as it different.

and make sure you always choose SMTP require authentication for outgoing mail server.
